This one isn’t about how big your file is in terms of MBs or KBs — it’s about the dimensions. Your document needs to be standard letter size (8.5×11 inches). Think of it like a cozy little peach that fits just right in the basket — not too big, not too small!

“INTERNAL SERVER ERROR” after uploading a document
Don’t panic! It might be because your file is too hefty.
