Getting Your Docs Just Right

Running into this error?
“THE PAGE SIZE OF THIS DOCUMENT IS TOO LARGE. PLEASE ADJUST THE SIZE OF YOUR DOCUMENT TO A STANDARD LETTER SIZE PDF AND THEN UPLOAD.”
This one isn’t about how big your file is in MBs or KBs — it’s about the dimensions. Your document needs to be standard letter size (8.5×11 inches). Think of it like a cozy little peach that fits just right in the basket, not too big, not too small!

Or this one?

“INTERNAL SERVER ERROR” after uploading a document, don’t panic! It might be because your file is too hefty.
Here’s the limit:

  • 25MB per document

  • 75MB total for the entire filing

Give those files a little trim if they’re over the limit — your filing (and our servers) will thank you!
