  • Error Appears When Uploading Documents?
  • If the error appears “THE PAGE SIZE OF THIS DOCUMENT IS TOO LARGE. PLEASE ADJUST THE SIZE OF YOUR DOCUMENT TO A STANDARD LETTER SIZE PDF AND THEN UPLOAD.” this means the document is not in standard letter size (8.5×11).

Good News…….we use a website, https://docupub.com/pdfresize/ that will change the size for free. Usually, this will correct the issue and allow you to get those documents uploaded and submitted.

  • If this error appears “INTERNAL SERVER ERROR” after uploading a document, please check the document size. There is a 25MB limit for the document size.

Good News…….we use a website, www.ilovepdf.com, that will compress the size for free. Usually, this will correct the issue and allow you to get those documents uploaded and submitted.
