With your attorney’s permission, you will need to be logged into the attorney’s account when submitting a filing. This ensures the attorney’s bar number, name, and email address is sent to the clerk’s office. This will also ensure that the attorney’s name will appear on the autogenerated documents and the Service list for future eFiling notifications.
