  • I am a paralegal. Can I eFile on behalf of my attorney?

Absolutely!

With your attorney’s permission, you can eFile on their behalf through PeachCourt. When submitting the filing, you’ll just need to make sure you’re logged into the attorney’s PeachCourt account.

Why does that matter? Glad you asked! 😄

Filing through the attorney’s account ensures that the correct attorney name, Bar Number, and email address are sent to the Clerk’s Office. It also ensures the attorney’s name appears on any System Generated Documents and that they’re included on the Service List for future eFiling notifications.

Want to stay in the loop, too?

If you’d like to receive copies of the attorney’s PeachCourt email notifications, simply add your email address to their Additional Email Copy Recipients list.

Need help adding your email? Click here for step-by-step instructions on adding a courtesy copy email address.

And just like that—you’re ready to eFile! 📄💻
