  • When can I eFile?

All day, every day!

The clerk’s office isn’t always open, but PeachCourt is. We will deliver your filing to the clerk’s office for review almost immediately after submission. If the clerk’s office accepts your filing, PeachCourt will then deliver your file-stamped copies back to you via email. If the clerk’s office rejects your filing, PeachCourt will notify you via email and provide a link to resubmit.

Keep in mind that the file stamp will reflect the time of your most recent submission and not the time of acceptance.
