How do I archive or un-archive “My Cases”?

Need to archive a case? Here’s how:

  • Click the checkbox next to the case you wish to archive. (You may also choose to Select all.)
  • Click Archive Selected Cases

Need a case to be active again? Here’s how:

  • Click the checkbox next to the case you wish to un-archive. (You may also choose to Select all.)
  • Click Activate.
