How do I eFile into an existing Magistrate Court case?

PeachCourt makes eFiling simple and easy!

To file into an existing Magistrate Court case after logging into your PeachCourt account:

  1. Click Case Search.
  2. Select the county and court, then search by case number or party name.
  3. Click on your case, then select File into this case.
    • Don’t see the “File into this case” button? No worries! Chat in, call, or email our Customer Support Team, and we will be happy to help.
  4. Select the party you represent from the parties page. Click Next.
  5. Choose your document type and upload your PDF file. Click Next.
    • Repeat this step for each document type you’d like to include.
  6. Review the list of eService recipients and add additional recipients if desired. Click Next.
  7. Select your payment. Click Next.
  8. If everything looks good on the summary page, click Submit.
  9. Confirm again that you’ve satisfied the requirements for redaction, then click Confirm.

Now, simply wait on an email informing you of the acceptance or rejection of your filing by the clerk of court. 

If accepted, you will receive your filed copies by email. If rejected, you will receive an email with a reason for rejection and a link to correct and resubmit your filing.

*For Carroll County Magistrate Court, PeachCourt will only have access to cases that were initially eFiled through PeachCourt.
