How much will it cost me to eFile?

  • How much will it cost me to eFile?

While this answer can vary on a filing-to-filing basis, we hope the PeachCourt fees listed below will help shed some light on the cost of eFiling in Magistrate Courts!

When eFiling into a Magistrate Court, PeachCourt charges a $19 per party fee. What this means is for each party you click that you represent, there will be a $19 fee charged for each of those parties. This charge is a one-time fee, and the next nine (9) eFilings made on behalf the selected party will be free. Starting on the eleventh (11) eFiling made, there will be a $5 per party fee for each eFiling on behalf of this party.

If you have any questions regarding fees, please reach out to the Customer Support Team by chat, call, or email, and we will be happy to assist!
