I am not receiving eService in one of my cases. Why?

There’s a few things that may be going on here… but we can help you figure it out!

First, have you previously eFiled into the case from your PeachCourt account? Only eFilers of Record are automatically added to the eService list on the Electronic Service page when users are filing into the case.

Next, was the document you were not served with eFiled or was it manually filed on paper with the court? Only eFiled documents will be eServed.

Finally, was the document eFiled through PeachCourt? Several courts use PeachCourt in addition to other eFiling providers. Only PeachCourt eFiled documents will be served through PeachCourt eService.
