For eFilers of Record, yes!
Any user that has previously eFiled into the case in which you are filing (also know as eFilers of Record) will be automagically added for service on the Electronic Service page.
You can use the PeachCourt user search option or the Non-PeachCourt user option to add additional recipients that are not eFilers of Record. ONLY eFilers of Record will be added automagically.
We recommend always reviewing the service recipients listed on the Electronic Service page to ensure all intended recipients are included.
*As the filer you will not see yourself listed on the Electronic Service page. This is because you will automagically receive a copy of your filings.
