JustCall allows us to make and answer phone calls through a desktop app and a mobile app.
Steps on how to Download the app versions are explained in this nifty article! When a call rings to PeachCourt, it will light up in the #peachcourt_one-call-away channel on Slack and ring in the JustCall app. For a call to ring under your account, you will need to have your account set to “Available”. When your account is set to “Unavailable,” calls will not ring through in your app.
You can click “Answer Call” (the green phone button) in the JustCall app, to answer the call, or “Cancel Call” (the red X) to end the call. You can also click “Hang Up” to hang up the call.
Once the call is answered, you can click the yellow notepad to take notes on your conversation. At any time during the conversation, you can mute (microphone button), hold (pause button), end the call (red phone), or send the call to voicemail (red 00).
Once the call is ended, you can add any notes to the notes section. The Filer Type can be selected under the dropdown “Select call outcome”. The Cost Allocation Category will need to be added to the notes section found below the the dropdown.
If you would like to review the call once it has ended, go to the #peachcourt_one-call-away channel. Locate the “Answered” section that correlates to your phone conversation. Then, click the link provided next to “Call Recording:”. A website tab will open where you can listen, pause, or download the recording.
