If an email is processed but does not deliver due to an error, it is suppressed by Sendgrid. Errors vary but can include invalid email addresses, blocked emails, full mailboxes, and spam reports.
If an email is not processed, Sendgrid will continue to suppress additional emails sent to the address until it is cleared from the suppression list.
To clear the suppression list or a particular email on the list…
1. Click Suppressions
2. Click Bounced, Blocked, or Invalid
3. Search for the suppressed email address.
4. Check the email address and click Delete from the top right dropdown.
