JIRA is our way of keeping track of PRODBUGs and stories for new features. PRODBUGs are how the concierge team communicates errors and tasks with developers when customers are in need.
To create a new PRODBUG…
1. Click Create
2. Enter a descriptive title.
3. Set the priority as low, medium, or high priority bug.
4. Enter complete and descriptive details with links and repro steps if applicable. Be as thorough as possible.
5. Click Create
6. Post the JIRA link in the #support channel in Slack and add an emoji reaction to indicate the priority:

-high
-medium
-low
