When clicking the Request Documents button on the docket for Icon courts, the documents don’t import as expected. When they don’t, we can check them for errors. Here’s how…
- Click Support > Test Icon Image
- Enter the county, court, case number, and External ID as found on the Diagnostics case details page for that case for that document.
- If the document is not in error, a PDF will be provided.
- If the document is in error, we cannot get this document and the customer will need to reach out to the court.
- If you get a yellow screen error, the image service is down and just continue to try again.
