Diagnostics – Test Icon Image

When clicking the Request Documents button on the docket for Icon courts, the documents don’t import as expected. When they don’t, we can check them for errors. Here’s how…

  1. Click Support > Test Icon Image
  2. Enter the county, court, case number, and External ID as found on the Diagnostics case details page for that case for that document.
  3. If the document is not in error, a PDF will be provided.
  4. If the document is in error, we cannot get this document and the customer will need to reach out to the court.
  5. If you get a yellow screen error, the image service is down and just continue to try again.
