For Icon courts with manual document access, we can import missing cases and case updates using the Document Store Statistics page.
- Click Statistics from the Diagnostics homepage.
- Click “View missing cases” under the county and court you wish to retrieve a case from.
- Enter the case number in the court’s exact case number format and click Download.
- Use the filter icon in the case number column header and filter to equal the case number you just downloaded.
- If the import was successful, the log with tell you.
- If the import was not successful, you will see an error.
Note: Icon’s image service is often down from minute to minute. If you get a message that the endpoint was not listening, just keep trying. You can check Icon’s image service status at: https://data.iconsoftware.net/imageservice/imageservice.svc
Note: If the message states that the case number cannot be found, make sure you have the correct format. If you do, contact the clerk and ask that they trigger the case to send to PeachCourt.
