The Clerks menu item in Diagnostics refers to court clerk user accounts. These are clerks that use the PeachCourt clerk portal to review, accept, and reject filings rather than reviewing through a case management systems integration. Any Clerk can also use this type of account to transfer cases and file into cases in their office. Clerks log into PeachCourt from the same homepage that all other users do, but based on their clerk user account type, they are taken into the clerk portal when they sign in.

How do we add a new clerk user?
- Click Clerks > Add Clerk from the side menu in Diagnostics
- Enter the requested information
- Choose if this user will need civil, criminal, or both filing queues.
- Choose if this user is a clerk manager.
- Save
How do we locate an existing clerk user?
- Click Clerks > Existing Clerks from the side menu in Diagnostics. Then there are 2 ways to locate the clerk user.
- By email.
- Click the filter icon next to the email column.
- Use the Equals or Contains filter to locate the email of the clerk you’re searching for, click Apply.
- By username.
- Click the filter icon. next to the Username column.
- Use the Equals filter to find the username of the clerk user you’re searching for.
- This method is common when searching for which clerk user reviewed a specific filing. The filing logs record the username.
- By email.
