  • My filing was rejected…..where can I find out why??

There are 2 easy ways to find the clerk’s comments in the event of a rejection.

One… the email notification that you will receive stating that the filing was not accepted will contain the clerk’s comments. The comment will be listed in the second paragraph of the email.

Two… Within your PeachCourt account, click on the history tab and then the rejected tab. Then expand the filing by clicking on the green arrow located just to the left of the filing. Once expanded, the rejection reason will be listed.
