My filing was rejected; will I still be charged?

  • My filing was rejected; will I still be charged?

Never! That is our promise to you.

When a filing is submitted a pending charge is placed on your account. If rejected, we immediately void that payment and the pending charge will fall off your account within a few business days.

If the filing is resubmitted, you will see another pending charge. However, the payment is not processed until accepted by the clerk.
