  • How do I resubmit my rejected filing?

Rejected is a harsh word. Consider your filing “returned” by the clerk’s office.

The good news is that we make resubmission very easy. In fact, we give you two ways to resubmit your filing.

  1. Simply click on the link provided within the rejection email.
  2. You can visit your “History” tab in your PeachCourt account and select “Rejected.” Once you locate the filing you are looking for, you can click that filing to start the resubmission process.

Remember that no matter which method of resubmission you prefer, you won’t have to completely start over. PeachCourt has saved your progress. After all, time is money.
