  • If my filing is rejected, what date will be placed on the stamp?

The file stamp on your documents will always reflect the date and time of your most recent submission.

If you are filing on a deadline, be sure and submit your documents to the clerk’s office during normal office hours to ensure timely review.

Tip: When filing on a deadline, consider calling the clerk’s office after submission to request the fastest review possible. If your filing is rejected on the last day, you will need a chance to make corrections before the deadline passes.
