How do I register for a PeachCourt account?

Welcome! Here’s how you get started:

1. From the PeachCourt.com homepage, click “Register”.
2. Enter your first and last name, enter and confirm your email address, choose and confirm a password, and choose and answer a security question. (Password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a capital letter, a lower case letter, a number, and a special character.)
3. Read the terms and conditions and check if you agree.
4. Click “Complete Registration”

If you are a member of the Georgia bar, follow these additional steps to upgrade your account:

1. Click “New Case” (even if you’re not ready to file yet).
2. On the toggle switch that says “Are you an attorney?”, click “No” to change the switch to a “Yes”.
3. Enter your Georgia bar number.
4. Enter your firm name, address, and phone number.

• When you type the name of your firm, we will display any existing firms that match.
• If your firm is listed, select it so we can add you to the firm.
• If your firm is not listed, provide all the details so we can register your firm.
• When you register a new firm, you are automatically assigned as the firm administrator. Click here for firm admin information.

4. Add a payment account for use when eFiling or purchasing documents.

• If you are joining an existing firm, you will have access to the firm’s payment methods after the firm administrator confirms your request to join.

5. Add any additional copy email addresses for individuals who will need to receive copies of filings initiated from your account.
6. Click “Submit”

If you are not a member of the Georgia bar and plan to take advantage of courts that allow eFiling from self-represented litigants, follow these additional steps to upgrade your account:

1. Click “New Case” (even if you’re not ready to file yet).
2. On the toggle switch that says “Are you an attorney?”, leave the switch displaying as “No”.
3. Enter your address and primary phone number.
4. Add any additional copy email addresses for individuals who will need to receive copies of filings initiated from your account.
5. Click “Submit”
