Pro Tips for Civil eFiling

Bibb State:
Cases initiated before August 1, 2016, have 5-digit case numbers. 

Cobb State:
PeachCourt includes garnishment cases only for 2018 and later.

Columbia Superior:
Executed (signed) orders can be eFiled only by the signing judge or that judge’s designee. Attorneys may present executed orders to the clerk’s office in person for filing.

Coweta Superior:
The clerk will assess a fee of $0.50 per page for any eFiling that includes more than 50 pages. This fee is separate from the sheriff’s service packet fee.

Fayette Superior:
Executed (signed) orders can be eFiled only by the signing judge or that judge’s designee. Attorneys may present executed orders to the clerk’s office in person for filing.

Lamar Superior:
If the sheriff’s service packet amounts to more than 10 pages, the clerk will require the filer to deliver a paper copy of the service documents to the clerk’s office.

Paulding Superior:
The clerk will assess a fee of $0.50 per page for any eFiling that includes more than 50 pages. This fee is separate from the sheriff’s service packet fee.

Tattnall Superior:
The clerk’s office does not coordinate sheriff’s service. Filers need to deliver service documents directly to the sheriff’s office.
